1.
RETURNS -
All returns are to be notified within 7 business days of purchase,
either by email or phone prior to returning. All returns are to
be authorised by Foxybabes staff and all freight/postage costs
on returns are to be paid by the customer. There is no re-stocking
fee for exchanges. All returns must be unworn, not been laundered
or dry cleaned and to be returned in the condition it was sent.

2.If
your order is in stock it will be shipped within 48 hours, if not please
allow up to 28 days. If a garment/product is placed on back order you
will be notified in writing.

paying by Credit Card and you want the order sent to a P.O. (Post Office)
Box, we require that you supply a Billing Address also. |

to our accounts department to be processed. This eliminates the risk
of your credit card details being captured and used by unauthorised

- Each order is checked, one by one by our accounts
department before processing.. This reduces the possability of credit
card fraud.
