Terms and Conditions

1. RETURNS - All returns are to be notified within 7 business days of purchase, either by email or phone prior to returning. All returns are to be authorised by Foxybabes staff and all freight/postage costs on returns are to be paid by the customer. There is no re-stocking fee for exchanges. All returns must be unworn, not been laundered or dry cleaned and to be returned in the condition it was sent.
2. If your order is in stock it will be shipped within 48 hours, if not please allow up to 28 days. If a garment/product is placed on back order you may be notified in writing.
3. If paying by Credit Card and you want the order sent to a P.O. (Post Office) Box, we require that you supply a Billing Address also.

Freight

• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Please note if your freight is heavier than the standard 3kg $25 charge, you will be charged extra freight when your order is weighed and sent.
• Free Freight applies to orders over $50 only. Orders under $50 will incur a flat charge of $9 unless over 3kg where extra freight charges will be applied at time of dispatch.
